He answered any queries we had and provided the documentation needed for Passive Certification. Any after-care (minimal as it was) was provided promptly. We chose black 92 Europa Passive Alu-Clad windows and doors for their contemporary look for our Passive House. The quality and durability is evident in the hinge/locking mechanisms. We can confidently recommend these as the air tightness tests have reached those required by the Passive House Institute for Passive Certification.

We cannot speak highly enough of the service we received from Walter. Starting with his patient explanations about the many aspects of choosing windows. Empowered by the knowledge Walter had supplied we braved the window market place. In the end we came back to Walter as he offered the best product: a triple glazed, argon filled, wood frame, aluminium clad, all the bells and whistles. But the fun had just started; we needed to decide on openings, handles, and interior / exterior colours. At Walter’s suggestion we ordered a customized finish to the interior of the frames; no problem at all! All through this Walter continued to be patient and more importantly extremely accurate with the detailed specification. The windows arrived, a momentous occasion! Fitting was a surprisingly easy affair for us due to Walter’s highly skilled team. They are still beautiful five years later. Walter has been back to visit two years ago because we had a small amount of water ingress after a huge storm; way past any reasonable guarantee period but Walter happily came and adjusted the hanging of the culprit French door and cured the problem. Do not buy on price. Do not buy without speaking to Walter, If you deal with Zyle Fenster Ireland you can rest assured that you will have an ally to turn to in the future should anything go wrong.

At a time when contractors rush jobs and finish jobs poorly its a pleasure to see a team of guys taking pride and care in their work. Throughout our whole build Walter and his team have been the most professional and honest team of workers to have stepped foot in the house. Myself and Maria feel very lucky to have had such an honest and caring team install our windows. Windows are such an important (if not the most important) part of the build and we feel that we have the best product and installation available today.
